Under the guidance of a master pastry chef in one of the finest bakeries in Todi, students can learn how to make local pastry favorites like cornetti (croissants) filled with cream and/or marmalade, desserts of marzipan and chocolate. After the end of the lesson, students enjoy their creations along with a cup of delicious cappuccino!
