Umbrian Olive oil, light, tasty, best poured fresh on lightly toasted bruschette.
Black truffles, pride of Umbrian cuisine, freshly grated adds magic to pasta and other dishes
A great variety of Cured Meats and specialities such as porchetta, coppa all’arancia, salsicce secche and a lot more
Lake fish, such as perch, tench and pike best when charcoal grilled
Homemade pasta such as ciriole, tagliatelle, umbricelli and gnocchi
